Cleaning fee $110 plus tax. Rates are before taxes and may change. Please confirm your total when you book. Open March 1 through December 31. Closed for the season from January 1 until March 1.
Rooftop deck agreement
Every Deck House reservation needs a signed Rooftop Deck and Spiral Staircase Agreement. Please send it back before you arrive. We can’t check you in to a Deck House without it.

Do I have to sign a waiver to stay in a Deck House?
Yes. For everyone's safety, every guest staying in a Deck House must sign the rooftop deck waiver. Guests who don't complete it can't stay in the Deck House and will be asked to leave without a refund.
What time is check-in and check-out, and how do I get into my unit?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Within 24 to 48 hours before you arrive, we'll email you (or message you through the channel you booked with) a personal access code for your door, so you can go straight to your unit.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, in two units: A-frame #1 and 3-bedroom Cedar Cabin #1. The fee is $20 per dog per day, with a maximum of two dogs.
Dogs must be over a year old with up-to-date shot records. We can't accept pit bulls, Rottweilers or other aggressive breeds. Please keep dogs leashed, clean up after them, and crate or kennel them whenever they're left in the unit. Dogs aren't allowed in the pool area, the pool or the lake. Owners are responsible for any damage, and unresolved noise complaints may mean finding other accommodations.
Who can use the pool and the dock?
The pool and the dock are private and reserved for registered Bavarian Village Resort guests only.
Are any units smoking-friendly?
No. Smoking isn't allowed in any of our units.
