This policy explains what information the Bavarian Village Resort website collects and how it is used. The website and resort are operated by Indian Point Acres, LLC, doing business as Bavarian Village Resort.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, travel details and message you provide. The message is delivered to our staff by email through our email delivery provider and is used only to reply to you. The website does not keep a database of form submissions.

Reservations and payments

Reservations are made in our reservation provider's secure booking system, and boat rentals in our boat-rental provider's system. When you select “Check Availability,” you leave this website. Those providers process your booking and payment details under their own privacy policies. This website never receives or stores payment card information.

Cookies and analytics

We use one necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are useful, for example how many visitors view a cabin page or select a booking button. Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We don't use advertising cookies.

Security and spam protection

To protect the contact form from abuse we may temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting and, if enabled, use a verification challenge from Cloudflare Turnstile.

We may update this policy as our website or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
