Resort Policies

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Your door access code is sent by email (or through your booking channel's messaging) 24 to 48 hours before arrival.

Smoking

All units are non-smoking.

Pets

Dogs are allowed only in A-frame #1 and 3-bedroom Cedar Cabin #1.

• $20 per dog, per day; maximum two dogs
• Dogs must be over one year old with up-to-date shot records
• No pit bulls, Rottweilers or other aggressive breeds
• Dogs must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, and crated or kenneled when left in the unit
• No dogs in the pool, pool area or lake
• Owners are responsible for any damage; unresolved noise complaints may require leaving

Pool, dock and boat rentals

The pool, the dock and boat rentals are reserved for registered Bavarian Village Resort guests.

• Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
• No lifeguard on duty
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool

Rooftop Deck House waiver

Every guest staying in a Deck House must sign the rooftop deck waiver. Guests who don't complete the waiver can't stay in the Deck House and will be asked to leave without a refund.

Boat rentals

Boat rentals require 7 days' notice to cancel. Every renter must review and accept the Waiver and Release Agreement before taking the boat out.

• Valid driver's license required
• Operators born after January 1, 1984 must carry a boater safety card
• Boats are rented with a full tank and must be returned full
• Children 7 and under must wear a life jacket at all times
• No pets or grills on rental boats
• Return on time so the boat can be cleaned and fueled for the next guest

Please call to book more than three cabins, or for groups larger than 25 people.
