Kim's House is a renovated four-bedroom home set up for families and groups who want to cook together and spread out. Upstairs, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a bathroom. The kitchen is large enough for a full cooking crew, and the living room centers on a stone fireplace.
The finished lower level walks out to the outdoor fire pit. Down there you'll find two more bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, a big family room and a ping-pong table. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath.
The screened porch is made for sunset views, and guests have use of the resort pool and the boat dock's swim platform.
