Every place here has a deck
At Bavarian Village, every cabin and home comes with its own deck and outdoor seating. How much lake you'll see depends on the unit and the season. Late in the year, after the oaks drop their leaves, the view really opens up.
The rooftop Deck Houses
Our Deck Houses are brand new for 2026, and they're our answer to the lake-view question. Each is a two-bedroom, two-bath house with a private rooftop deck, up a spiral staircase, with lake views from every unit. Morning coffee up there is hard to beat.
Every Deck House guest signs a rooftop deck agreement before arrival. You can download the agreement from the Deck Houses page.
Our other decks and porches
- Cedar Cabins: a 200-square-foot covered deck with an octagon table, so dinner outside still works when it rains.
- A-frames: a deck right off the living room, through a sliding glass door.
- Kim's House: a screened porch made for sunsets, plus a walk-out lower level that opens onto a fire pit.
- Hotel California: a big deck and a screened porch.
Not sure which one?
If the view is a big deal for your trip, call us at (800) 322-8274 and we'll point you to the best fit. Our sister resort, Tribesman Resort, also sits steps from the water on Indian Point, with patios for grilling. Its resort map shows where each unit sits.
