Where to stay

Where can I stay in Branson away from the crowds but close to attractions?

The Table Rock Lake side of Branson is quieter than the Strip and still close to Silver Dollar City. Where to look and what to expect.

Get off the main drag

Most of Branson's crowds gather in a few spots: the Strip, Branson Landing and the Silver Dollar City gates at opening time. Move a little way from those and things calm down fast.

Indian Point is a good example. It's a peninsula on Table Rock Lake west of town. Silver Dollar City sits right on the road in, but past the park the road winds through the woods toward the water.

Close where it counts

From our place, Silver Dollar City is about a five-minute drive. That makes it easy to come back when the afternoon gets hot and head back for the evening. Shows, restaurants and shopping in town are a short drive when you're in the mood. Our map and directions page shows the way.

What quiet feels like here

Our grounds are a wooded hillside above the lake, with shady lawns and picnic tables. Deer and wild turkeys stroll through regularly. The pool and dock are for registered guests only, so you won't be sharing them with day visitors.

Want a little more privacy? Each of our Deck Houses has its own rooftop deck, and Kim's House has a screened porch and its own fire pit out back.

Our sister resort, Tribesman Resort, is on Indian Point too and has fire pits scattered around the property. Since it's open year-round, it's also a nice quiet pick for a winter weekend.
