One big house, or a cluster of cabins?
One big house keeps everybody under one roof, with one kitchen and one long table. A few cabins side by side give each family its own space and its own bedtime, and everyone still meets up at the pool. Most groups know right away which camp they're in.
Count beds, not guests
The "sleeps" number on a listing can include sofas and lofts. Count the actual beds against the adults in your group, and don't forget to check how many bathrooms there are. Our large family trip guide goes into more detail.
Our bigger places
- Kim's House: four bedrooms, two and a half baths, sleeps up to 13. A big kitchen, a walk-out family room with ping-pong, a screened porch and a fire pit.
- Hotel California: five bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeps up to 10. A dining table long enough for everyone, a deck, a screened porch and lots of parking.
- Cedar Cabins: three bedrooms, two baths and a full kitchen each. Sleeps up to 10. Book two or three for a group.
Even bigger? Add Tribesman
Our sister resort, Tribesman Resort, is also on Indian Point. Its three-bedroom Dutch-style cabins sleep up to 11, and there's an indoor meeting room you can rent that holds 30 to 40 people. That's handy for a group dinner or a rainy-day get-together.
If you need more than three of our cabins, or your group is over 25 people, call us at (800) 322-8274. We'll work out availability across the resort with you.
